Lazy Z Estates is located on a ridge in Boulder County, Colorado. Most of our properties enjoy spectacular views of the lights of Denver to the east and the Continental Divide to the west. We enjoy the seclusion and privacy of our mountain homes while keeping a watchful eye on strangers.

The main access to the Association properties is on our three private roads; Aspen Way, Evergreen Way and Spruce Way. These roads are not open to the public and uninvited guests can be charged with trespassing. The Association's primary focus is on the maintenance of our three roads. Our annual summer meeting networks our community and helps us maintain security by recognizing the people who live here.
